The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) has published an illustrated simple text version of the leaflets for the adult and child flu programme aimed at those with low literacy.

The Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP) in collaboration with NHS England has developed a toolkit to help practices provide GP online services effectively, efficiently, safely and securely. The Toolkit includes examples which demonstrate how GP online services can empower patients to take greater control of the management of their health conditions.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) has published new guidance on the diagnosis, assessment and non-surgical management of osteoarthritis. It aims to improve management and quality of life for people living with the condition.

The Travel Health Pro advice line will be open from 15.00hrs to 17.30hrs on Wednesdays, for a trial period. The advice line is for health professionals who have queries about travel scenarios that involve either complex itineraries or travellers with special health needs.
