Editor-in-Chief - Jeannett Martin RN, PN Cert, MA, Postgrad Diploma Medical Law

Jeannett Martin worked as a practice nurse in Surrey and as a part-time Nurse Advisor for a Health Authority until 1996. She was Chair of the RCN Practice Nurse Association from 1995 to 1997 - there are 15,000 practice nurse members of the RCN.

She has worked as Senior Nurse Manager for the Medical Research Council General Practice Research Framework and as Director of Clinical Leadership for a London PCT. Jeannett has a particular interest in professional issues and has a postgraduate diploma in medical law. Her main clinical interests are vaccination and travel health. She is currently Regional Director for the RCN South West Region.

Editor/Publisher - Liam Benison BA Hons, MA

Liam Benison has worked in life science and medical publishing since arriving in the UK in 1999. He has been editor of Practice Nursing since January 2001 and was editor of the British Journal of Neuroscience Nursing from May 2005 to March 2010. He has a Masters degree in early medieval English literature from the University of Melbourne, Australia. His professional interests include effective communication and the dissemination of research and complex knowledge in an accessible form.
